Heather Wulfers, LCPC, ATR-BC
As an art therapist, I believe that we all carry the spirit of creativity within us—an intelligence that guides us through challenging times, reveals our deepest truths, and mirrors back our brilliance. My work invites individuals of all ages and backgrounds to slow down and tap into your body and being, your innocence and essence, your vulnerable and empowered self, your compassionate and creative mind that makes meaning and gives new life in times of hopelessness, exhaustion or confusion.
With a decade of experience I take a curious, heart-centered approach. I offer a supportive virtual space where the spectrum of emotions, stories, and diverse identities can take shape through any medium; paper, pastel, paint, pinecone, or poem. You don’t need artistic skill to benefit from art therapy, just a willingness to be present, patient with yourself, and perceptive to the process.
Together, we’ll listen to your inner voice and give it form. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, emotional rollercoasters, or seeking a deeper connection to your authentic self, I’m here to hold a safe and strong framework for you as you design a life that feels more vibrant, whole, and true.
I welcome commitment-free chats to find out if we are a good fit; so feel free to bring any questions about who I am, how I work, or what I can offer.
